In 2020, a significant milestone was the rebranding of Worley Claims to Alacrity Solutions. This move consolidated the various services and companies under one unified brand, simplifying our service offering and making it easier for clients to understand the full range of capabilities available to them. The rebranding was more than a name change – it was a reflection of our evolution into a comprehensive insurance solutions provider.

Our Core Solutions:

Call Center Support:
Our call center operates 24/7, 365 days a year, with more than 100 dedicated staff members capable of scaling up as needed. It serves as a communication hub, handling everything from FNOL to overflow calls and detailed claims inquiries. Our call center’s bilingual capabilities further enhance its service offerings, making it a critical component of our end-to-end solution.

Claims Management:
This division is the backbone of our services, handling everything from field inspections to desk reviews. Our extensive network includes thousands of field adjusters and hundreds of desk adjusters, providing comprehensive third-party administration (TPA) services. We manage claims across all 50 states, covering property, auto, and specialty lines with precision and expertise.

Managed Repair:
Our managed repair services go beyond simple repairs. We offer emergency services, expert inspections, and rigorous quality assurance to ensure every job is done correctly. Our field management team conducts on-site reviews to maintain high standards, setting us apart in the industry.

Temporary Housing:
This division provides critical support to policyholders displaced by disasters and supports businesses looking to relocate employees or deploy groups of storm responders. We arrange for suitable temporary housing solutions, from short-term hotel stays to long-term rentals, tailored to each guest’s unique needs. Our connections within the lodging industry ensure we can quickly and efficiently meet these needs in any location.

Contents Management:
Our contents division handles the cataloging, cleaning, and restoration or salvage of personal belongings affected by a claim-related event. This service is vital for helping policyholders recover and get back to normalcy swiftly.

Subrogation & Recovery:
Our subrogation team specializes in recovering funds from third parties responsible for a loss. They handle everything from initial investigation to litigation, providing a valuable service that helps insurance companies recoup their costs.


Training and Development

Our network of adjusters, appraisers and inspectors is a critical component of our business. We invest in recruiting the best talent, but also provide ongoing training in classroom and virtual settings across the U.S year round. Our facilities in Atlanta and Dallas offer hands-on field training in a lab setting where we have mock homes built indoors and access to various building materials. This provides our network with the opportunity to gain or enhance skills they need for accurate claim assessments.
