Acquisition Further Expands Alacrity’s Suite of Services in the P&C Insurance Industry
Fishers, IN – October 01, 2021 – Alacrity Solutions Group, LLC (“Alacrity Solutions”), a recognized leader in providing insurance claims management services in North America, today announced the acquisition of Temporary Housing Directory, LLC (“THD”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2001 by Teresa Vidger and majority owned by White Wolf Capital, THD has established itself as one of the nation’s leading providers of short-term hotel and long-term relocation services for displaced policyholders due to damage or catastrophe on behalf of property insurance Carriers. Through a nationwide network of hotel, rental, and other ancillary service providers as well as meaningful investment in technology enablement, THD has differentiated themselves as a leader in service quality and ease-of-doing-business for their Customers, including many of the leading insurance Carriers in North America.
